At Train Better, injury prevention is not just stretching or warming up. It is learning how to move correctly, build strength the right way, and prepare the body for the demands of sport.

Our coaches help athletes improve movement patterns, balance, mobility, strength, stability, speed mechanics, and body control so they can perform with more confidence and lower their risk of injury.

Poor mechanics, weak stabilizing muscles, tight hips, lack of core control, and bad landing habits can lead to pain, overuse injuries, and setbacks during the season.
